You have to know how to optimize wordpress, but even if it is surely not more complicated than hand coding a web site, (something a good seo expert should be able to do), is still not a piece of cake either, you need some coding skills in order to do it right.

Lately we all had to learn a lot about social media sites that I have no doubt, it is the only future of the SEO. You have to stat using it now, personally I completely switched to it, and I think all of us (seo companies) are going to have do it or we will not be competitive anymore.
